RIVERO & SAEZ Law Firm has successfully implemented its QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM, having obtained the Business Registration Certificate on February 3, 2000, in accordance with the UNE-EN-ISO 9002 Standard, as well as the license to use the AENOR Registered Business Trademark, thereby making it the second law firm in Spain to have obtained such certification.

In 2002, Rivero & Sáez adapted its Quality System to the current UNE-EN-ISO 9001:2000 Standard.

The Quality Policy of Rivero & Sáez is based on a commitment from the Management to continually make improvements in all areas of the organization. The System includes some of the following controls: Processes, Archives, Client Documentation, Degree of Client Satisfaction, Suppliers (Notaries, Paralegals), Staff Training, Communications Management, etc.

Our aim is to implement the Quality System in order to build TRUST not only with our clients, but also with the people who form part of our organization.
